I need this diagram for the fuse panel i believe. i am trying to locate the flasher for the turn signals and hazard lights.

go to a local ford dealership, they should be able to print some stuff up for you, or you can purchase a service manual for ford or a local parts shop (napa)

flasher on that car is under the instrument panel below or around the steering wheel. its a round little canister. remove the lower kick panel and you should see it up there

the flasher is a round silver box or plastic it is the only thing that looks like it. about a 1 1/2 inches. a haynes manual from the local auto parts store will have the wiring diagram in the back of the book.
