Well immediately, Iceland comes to mind. They have low pollution, everyone is beautiful, they have a relaxed lifestyle, and few political and economic pressures. Spain, believe it or not, also comes to mind. Did you know that Spain was not involved in world war 1 or 2? They had their own internal strife at the times though. They also have a very lax lifestyle. In some parts of that country, the business day begins around noon, and ends at around 1pm. Yes that is true night owls! I don't know if that includes many of the urban areas or not, though.
For the third, I need to think... I suppose I would say Australia. Surely there are some tiny tiny countries in Europe of the Pacific that have it better, but I am trying to think of countries that are westernized. Surely, on an island country in the pacific, there is little stress, but that is too easy an answer! I am sorry if it does not fit the criteria of your question.
