It's on The Roaring Silence, as well as on Best of Manfred Mann :-) You may be able to get a good price on it on eBay.

"Roaring Silence", it was written by Bruce Springsteen. Some Bruce fans don't like Mann's yersion as he changed some of the words.

it's on CD now.. grab it in ebay.com (where i got my copy) it's tough to find now.
so i found out, maybe your luck will be better.
if you can't find it... just key up this information in google and see what compilation albums have it.
whatever works best.
