What should I do to CHANGE my MOODY habit? coz I don't want to be a MOODY person, ex: tonight I'm planning to do something for tomorrow with huge passion, but then when tomorrow arrives I just lose my mood.. How can I CONTROL my mood?

mmmm well when you say that you plan to do something passionate, obviously you have the motivation and the good feeling at that time so why wait till tomorrow, do something you enoy now then you may be glad that you did and then you'll want to do more things that make you feel good!

Before correcting a problem it must be defined.......so kudos to you for recognizing that you need to make a change. It may be hormones, it may be that you need more sleep or better nutrition. If it were me, I would make an appointment to talk with a doctor. Could be that you are clinically depressed. I know that sounds like some horrible thing......but it is very correctable and manageable with medication and life style changes. Excercise also does wonders! Be pro active with your own physical and mental health.

You cannot...I have tried to myself, but nothing seems to work. I tried being positive for a week and I did change things a little, but by the end of the week I was back the same way. I honestly think some of us are wired differently.

choose not to be moody...
if you feel you are going to get moody stop and think and change the way you see the situation...

"moody" is a food problem. You're probably lacking some vitamin or mineral from your diet.
