there are many websites on which you can buy the souvenir or token you want. Visa and Paypal are two of the most frequently used means of payment. I would imagine the postage from US directly would be the problem. What kind of souvenir are you interested in? Anywhere where there are tourists you'll find a lot of souvenirs. There are also post cards, however even those pictures are now on the internet.
