The best rust repair on the market is POR-15. You can order a kit from www.eastwood.com. It does a great job and lasts practically forever. then use a body filer to smooth up the surface. It is used on show cars everywhere and is now available in colors.

The only permanent cure for rust is to cut out the rusty metal... Completely remove it and replace the sheet metal with new. Anything less is just covering up, and the rust will eventually return.

That being said, there are several products on the market that claim to "encapsulate" rust to keep it from spreading. Eastwood automotive sells one such product at a reasonable cost. Try their web site...

Use the Coca Cola that you drink. It is a great rust remover. Why they sell this for humans to drink I will never know.

The only successful way to repair rust is to use the products from KBS Coatings. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
It's an easy 3 step system you can do yourself. For holes, check out the KBS BackBone or KBS NuMetal. Use them in conjunction with KBS RustSeal for a solid repair.
