and, when u get them done does is come with the pink&white manicure or do u have to pay extra for that? and if u have 2 pay extra for it than how much is a full set of acrylic nails with the pink&white manicure? and how long does it take them to finish the job? thanks!!!

Oh, my nails are long and they grow real fast, but they tend to break alot, this is just going to be a one time thing for back to school.

The cost will depend on where you go. If you go to a normal hair salon, it will be about 40-50 for a full set. If you go to one of those oriental nail salons, they charge about 22 dollars for a full set. Pink & white are extra in both places, usually 5 bucks extra. Putting on a full set will take about an hour

When I used to get my nails done, it ran me about $50/mo. and that was only because I had them privately done. The initial visit was about $50. This was for a basic set of acrylics. A visit usually runs anywhere from 20-40 mins, depending on how much needs to be done and how good the tech is. You also need to keep up on maintenance which is about every two weeks. If you go over that, you run the risk of breaking the nails and ruining them. I never bothered with the pink/white because I thought it was a waste of money. If I wanted the look, I just did a French manicure. I gave it up because I kept breaking nails and trying to get an appt. was a pain and I had better things to do with my money. You have to watch the cheaper places, because you tend to run a bigger risk of getting a nail fungus or they use cheap and illegal materials. I have had a lot of complaints from my customers having to come in to correct what the cheap places ruined.

Gel nails are better if you wish to wear them. They start at 35.00 and the refill is 20.00. the pink and white is called french manicure and it is normally 2.00 more, nail jewels also range from 2.00 to 5.00 a design/ hand. Regular acrylic in some areas start at 20.00-25.00 dollars per set and the refills are between 10.00 and15.00 dollars. if one breaks it may cost you 2.00 a nail to repair and depending on the length you may be charged a fee for any thing longer than average. If you get them done and later decide that the nails are too long for you to do daily activities the shop has a fee for that as well. The longer you wear them the more it ruins your nail bed. If you haven't started wearing them don't. Get a nail growth system from your local beauty supply shop, use it a month. Purchase a french manicure kit from the dollar store or Wal-mart and follow the instructions. It is cheeper in contrast to the 60 or 70 dollars may be out of at the salon you will spend less than 20.00 and see a difference wearing your own nails in one months tome. Your natural nails will become stronger and longer. As the months progress purchase a polish that contains Calcium it costs less than 5.00 dollars and it all lasts all year around.

Usually about $25, depending on the average cost in ur city. If you opt for "Forever French" that usually runs 7 to 10 dollars more per set. A full set take 30 to 45 min
