All countries do, though some countries have a better recorded history than others. And sometimes the name of the country might have been different 500 or 1000 years ago. But all countries have a history that long.

Mexico!!,we have a big culture before the discovery of america, aztecs, mayan, olmeca, and all kind of indian civilizations were living here, we have the pyramids to proove it!! the pyramids in Teotihuacan, Tula, Tulum and Chichen-itza, they are way older than 1000 years. We also have the archeological places like Palenque, Mitla, Centro Mayor in the Zocalo... i cant think of all the places we have here, we have a great and ancient history. And well.. i can think about some other countries with such an ancient history, maybe even more.. like.. Egypt, China, all those countries in the middle east like Iran, Irak.. (they used to be Mesopotamy in very ancient times).. and how about Israel and India!!!.. i believe there are lots of places like that!!. Good luck with your search!!

almost majority of nations falls in this category,but remeber in ancient times nations r recognised by the civilization they had,in this category only a few qualifieds- indusvalley(india),mesopotamia(modern iraq),egyptian civization,,and you can also add Greek civilization,Roman civilization.
