2. Yes, there are no additional fees through Verizon if you want to setup wireless syncronization. You'll either need and IR port on your PC/laptop or a Bluetooth enabled PC/laptop.

3. Yes/No, it's free if you already have the hardware to do it. If not, then you'll have to purchase the hardware on your own.

4. Not sure. When I charge my Treo 650 the light is steady red [no blinking] then green when fully charged [no blinking].
