Where I do believe both political parties attempt to plant information with the public to further their agenda I doubt they are worried about chat! Chat is has a teen following more than adult and teens don't vote!

No, but the Gov. does pay people to pretend to be 13 year old horny girls, in hopes to capture some guy pursuing an invisible 13 year old girl, that doesn't exist. Then charge them with real penalties.

Of course, they do that way since world war 2...

They are called "Agents of Influence"...

They even go to spin extremist idea, to see how a certain group react. This even go to give all plans, and they after give them bombs. Then they let them bomb or not this or this thing, to accuse them or not, dependantly if it is conveniant, for the ...agency....

Probably. I am sure that the major parties and campaigns do it, so why not the government that is made up of politicians who used that tactic to get into office.

ya, im pretty sure they do. when ever you sign up with a new internet company now,you have to sign a paper saying. that you are allowing other people to gather infomation about what you view on the web site.and if you dont sign it then you dont get the internet.... so matter what you are doing on the internet you are being watched by the Government

They may or may not do what you describe but, they do monitor all chat rooms, discussion forums and e-mails.

I used to own one of the largest irc chat servers and i never heard of any goverment agency coming on there. but who knows.
