I use itunes to play music at partis. I would like to leave the visualisr running on the Monitor, and hopefully let it run on a few televisions around the house. I don't know the cheapest way to do this. Nor do I know what kind of adaptor card I would need for my PC.

I hope to provide more information about what is out there:

You could get a graphic card that needs a video out/S-Video/Composite out (internal or external). Usually, ATI all in wonder has one (I have a nVidia GeForce 6800 which has one as well). Now, I just want you to be aware that the TV does not provide very good graphic nor could you increase your resolution that is suitable to read the screen (I have used 800x600 on the TV and looks blurry and even unreadable on a 30" TV).

To resolve the issue above since you might not desire the TV is to purchase LCD TV (I have a ViewSonic 28" Wide LCD TV) whch does not bring bring the TV Signal into your computer (TV is utilized as a separate input source in comparison to PC which is VGA or DVI). Or/and get a tuner card (I have nVidia dual Tuner Card) which allows to bring cable/satelitte signal into your PC and works inside the computer without the need of LCD TV (note: check the manufacturer to confirm that it has an application to watch TV standalone and not work only in Media Center OS).

To answer your question, I need to know more information:
1) What is your OS on your Computer
2) Desktop or Laptop (I assume laptop)
3) What graphic present on the computer
4) Wireless card available?
5) When you mean run on few TVs that you are actually meaning the PC to that room where the TVs are located

If you have Media Center 2005 Edition (on System Properties, it would show Media Center Edition 2002 SP2) and have wireless (or hardwire if the computer is near by to the media extender), get a media center extender. This allows various inputs (include TV inputs) and allows you to watch various applications (music, movies, etc.) from your Media Center system to any connected audio/video devices connected to the Media Extender.

It is a great solution especially when peope are getting media center edition more in comparison to Home and Pro. This is a blog showing what I am talking about:

If you do not have a Media Center Edition and still want the desired effect, install and setup an external interface adapter which will change your graphic card adapter into S-Video/Composite/Video Out for the TV. Now, I would be frank that you will still need the computer near the TV and those adapters have very little success.

Lastly, if you want to go the cheapest is to actually run cables and get Media Hub (which is like Media Extender in that it provides various audio/video inputs but does not require Media Center Edition... Downfall, it does not guarantee to integrate what you are asking depending your on your computer spec)..

Hope that answer your question.

After you get past the connection problem (yes there are graphics cards that do exactly that = TV + PC) you have a worse problem - the low quality of TV images compared to a monitor will make it almost impossible to read any words on the TV screen.

You might be better off getting the adapter that lets you watch TV on your computer monitor and do everything there. There are ads for that on Internet or you can see it in the large computer stores.

You need a PC to TV adapter. It could be a video card designed to to that or an external adapter to takes vga output from your computer and converts it into a televison signal.

Do a web search using "PC to TV card"

See if you have TV OUT port in your graphices card. Attach tha cable from there to the TV. Otherwise you will have to install a TV tunner card or graphices card with such facility. its very simple.
