I'm afraid there is nothing you can do. Legally, old men and women have a constitutional right to grab and french kiss anyone they want, except on Tuesdays. It's in the 11th ammendment to the constitution. If you want to change this outdated practice, I'm afraid you'll have to elect better representatives, and push for legislative change.

Well next time you visit the old folks home to molest them just put duct tape over your mouth , theres no problem that duct tape cant fix.

Why would you allow them to get that close to you? Run and hide instead. If they chase you and grab you anyway, tell them you have a communicable disease.
