No. The children of Israel have been at odds with the children of Ishmael for 4,000 years. See Genesis 16:11-12. Ismael's half -brother was Iisaac who was later renamed Israel. The nation of Israel is to the west of all of the Arab nations.

11The angel of the LORD said to her further,
"Behold, you are with child,
And you will bear a son;
And you shall call his name Ishmael,
Because the LORD has given heed to your affliction.
12"He will be a wild donkey of a man,
His hand will be against everyone,
And everyone's hand will be against him;
And he will live to the east of all his brothers."

I think that the only thing that would have worked would have been for Israel to get rid of their bad leader Ohmert, and bring back their superior men who annihilate the scum. The peace agreement is a joke and will only empower the terrorist Hezbollah.

No the Arabs will eventually send in more suicide bombers and then the fighting starts all over. Israel will get the blame for defending itself as they always do and it just goes on and on. The Arabs teach their children to hate Jews and anytime you teach hatred no good can come of it.
