London school of economics comes to mind, in London, England. This school is very old and it always had this program, I believe from day one.

Around 1965 U.mass stared MBA program, a whole new building was built and dedicated to the program at that time there were very few MBA program available.

By 1975 lots of universities started offering MBA as weekend special school program. This was put in place to meet the industrial demand for MBA graduates.
