Why don't you become a makup artist first, and then become a teacher to teach it?
You can be both.

Actually, yes a make up artist make more and is more well known by celebrities when you get there, but although you wouldn't make that much as a teacher you still could make a difference in a child's life.

well it depends on where they work. if the artist works 4 a celeb and the teacher at a little school out in nowhere then the teacher. then if the teacher was like a professer at like oxford and the artist just 4 nobodies then the teacher.

i have always heared that teachers do not make alot but if you are a makeup artist and you show the people you work with and ur boss you love that job and that you are reall good you can get further in the buisness and make more money!i understand that you love and need money but try to find the thing that you love most and would truly be happy with!!!

makeup artist...teachers dont make good money, but if u perfer teaching by all means do what u want

well, Superstars' make up artist make more income than an ordinary teacher..
But, a Proffessor in wellknown universities make more income than a make-up artist in a department store..
so.. i dont know..
