Not enough lube, honey. Next time, dip into her honeypot and get some of her natural juices to do that with. It's friction and things down there are real delicate; she needs to be properly lubed or that will happen.

If she's a virgin, then you've probably fingered her and broken her hymen. That's natural for a virgin but it really isn't the right way to do it. Fingernails can have a lot of bacteria in them and can cause a lot of infections. Its best to break her hymen (if you both are really interested) by using a well lubricated condom over your penis and inserting that into her vagina after lots (and lots) of foreplay. That's intercourse. However if you're young enough not to know about all this before, then you should consider putting off this serious side to a relationship till you both are more mature and old enough to take care of a baby if she gets pregnant since no birth control method is a 100% baby proof.
