It's something like "Unter gleeben glauben globen..." You'll also hear it in the beginning of a classic rock song (is it Van Halen?) Anyhow, whatever song the classic one is... legend has it that the band's producer used to count down in the studio with those German sounding nonsense words. They thought it sounded funny and put it on a record. The rest, as they say, is history.
