Why on certain discussions that posters are thrown off the post for their views when others using in appropiate language,( fowl, threatening), continue to post? Does yahoo turn off posters based on their politics and views, or do they turn off the poster based on language used. As Americans posting here in the U.S. we tolerate anti American posters but would like to rebuff their anti american point of view. lately when these posters verbally attack America and we respond..we are getting thrown off the post. Yahoo must stop the Biased control of the posting process. Allow the heated discussions to take place or stop all posting period. As Americans, we take our freedom of speech seriously. As long as no one is threatening anyone..fierce debate should be allowed to procede. An old saying.." If you can't stand the heat..get out of the Kitchen." Posting is a format for fierce debate..it also allows one to guage or to poll a direction in which a majority views controversial topics. Thanks

polotics and religeon get heated and use language on any site and in any format even in person .... i would much rather deal with it to have the opprtunity to get involved .... if you are offended and dont like it go to a sweet little fag forum or somthing..... talk about gardning ...yeah .... just dont get into a political or religeous forum if you dont want to see attitude ... coz ur gonna see it every time thats just the nature of the beast.

The answer is simple, it called baiting. People will disagree to get heated responses. Look at the issue of abortion....you polarize people immediately. Religion will do the same....as does politics. Some idiots resort to vulgar language because they haven't sufficient vocabulary or cerebral capacity to respond coherently. These monkeys choose questions to which they can give 'smart' replies without the application of a single brain cell. However I have recieved several nice replies from people that disagree with me but respect my position and I, in turn, have disagreed with others. Remember that if we had a profiler here to analyse the average person on this site, it would probably show a 24 year old with an IQ of -12, doing drugs, had hemorrhoids and a severe case of acne, a pile of empty beer cans, and a pregnant wife.

You cover a lot of points and I can't speak to potential Yahoo censorship. I haven't been using YH that long. But I do wonder what you mean when you say attack America or anti America. To often when I see those phrases it is to criticize anyone who criticizes the government and its policies. They apparently don't appreciate that if a citizen genuinely feels that the government is taking the country down the wrong path then it is not only their right to speak up but their duty as a citizen.
By the way a lot of the questions I see on this subject are simply rhetoric. That's not debate. It's just boring.
