It's when a person has an obsession with watching other people. They get a high from watching people without their permission. Usually they will watch undressing, sex, showering, but they can also just watch them live their daily life...eating breakfast. Some Voyeur's will get such a high or arousal by watching others that they will masturbate while watching.

voyeurism is an act of watching/surveying/spying another person/s without their knowledge during that person/s own personal time/period.....it can be done by peeping/spying personally or using devices like hidden camera, etc....it's actually an act of invading the person/s privacy !!
