Nothing. There is nothing you can do until she's ready to do it, and if you really care about her, you won't pressure her into doing something she doesn't want to do. If all you want is the sex, go find another girl. There are plenty of girls out there who like sex simply for sex. But if you want a relationship with this girl, I say you take it slow and take your time to get to know her first. Forget sex and simply enjoy her company.

You love a girl and she loves you. You want to have sex with her and she doesn't. So why don't you give up the idea of having sex with her. Sex is not everything. You don't have to touch her physically to express your love for her. There is much more to real love than sex. Express your real love.
If you don't know the difference between Love and Sex and cannot express your real love for her without touching her, then there is only one thing for you to do:
JUMP OFF THE NEAREST CLIFF, TOWER OR BUILDING. Your girl friend will heave a sigh of relief and be happy.

It seems to me that you really do not like this girl. You are only attracted to her may be because of her body. You have to see her thoughts, feelings and the quality of her character. Probably she does not want to sleep with you because you may have the sub-conscious feeling that if she can sleep with me who knows how many guys she has/will sleep with.
In any healthy relationship respect precceds love. Remember whoever you are with now may not be your future spouse. So do not defile someone else's spouse by seeking sex out of wedlock.
This girl respects you for your heart. Such people are very hard to find.

if she/he is avoiding sex she/he may not want to have sex with you, or she/he is shy and does not know who to go about to ask or talk to you about, just give her/him time and if you wait it will make the sex better than you expected hope it is wonderful when or if it happens good luck

If she wants to have sex with you she will when she's ready. There is nothing you can do to make her change her mind.
When and if you do have sex, use a condom. If you are old enough to have sex, you are old enough to be responsible.

You cant have sex with anyone without his/her wish. If you still try to have sex ,it would be called rape which is a crime.Please persue with her and when she agrees then have sex.

do make up your mind - is it a girl or a boy? maybe he/she is not ready? for some, sex is a very crucial matter
