i've been asking that question for a long while. There has to be someithing there, but the question is who? and don't say god, because even if he does exist, then where did he (or she) come from?

When it comes to our knowledge of existence our energy comes from the crap the Big Bang took. Everything is all connected!!!

All of the energy and matter that is in existance right now has been in existance since the beginning of the universe. It is true that matter and energy can niether be created or destroyed.
Matter can be converted from one state to another (gas, solid, liquid, plasma) but can never be destroyed. Energey can be stored in matter, and look as though it has been used up, but it is still there.
Now where did all of the energy in the universe come from? This depends on your beliefs on the origin of the universe. Some believe in the "Big Bang Theory". According to this theory, all of the matter and all of the energy that exists now was concentrated into a point smaller than the tip of a pin and then exploded outward. Creationism states that all of the matter and energy in the universe was spoken into existance by an all-powerful God.

Sorry, you don t know what matter and energy means, so you don t know what means and phenomenal scenario means created or means destroyed.
energy, matter only can be a testimonial word and not describe by the search inside human existence, in his micro cosmos.
we have a serious problem with our actual method to approach nature phenomena.
The method we have the representation we reach, so our word scenarios depends on our methods or approach our mirror beliefs.
Theory and mirror is the same, so crush all your theory mirror and began a new beginning, where the real problem is the being infinitude and a newer method to think the TRUE SPACE, NOT THE FANTASTIC SCENARIO OF AN ABSTRACT THEORY.
Find the power full of God.

Energy was created at the time of Big Bang, when the first word was spoken and this word is often called as OM. It is also called the desire or thought for Creation, the Big O! That was the first vibration in the hitherto still universe and our atoms are still resonating with that same energy within.

All matter has two begin states that are non-material or at least undetectable for our means. The first one is space, the other one is time. Mathematical models and their extrapolations show that both the immaterial space and the immaterial time are affected by black holes or singularities. The mixture of space and time, immaterial as they are, results in the forming of matter. The funny thing that a black hole supposedly does is reverse the properties of the immaterial space and time, i.e. space becomes stretched and linear as we experience time and time unfolds mysteriously into dimensions that we commonly assign to time. So by keeping that in mind, whenever a mixture of space and time occurs it gives rise to the forming of energy (matter) all or not as an intention or as a residual product.
Energy and matter are states of the same thing, but space and time; or as scientist call our corner of the universe: space-time (continuum), are always required. No space, no room for particles, no time, no room for motion (or potential/kinetic).
The reason why energy and matter to another extent (Law of conservation of matter - Lavoisier) cannot be destroyed is that we cannot kill time or space, which are the requirements or causes of energy/matter.
I wish I could explain this better, but I'm not a mathematically based scientist, not a scientist at all actually.

All energy come from God that is the Energy itself , and God spawn His Energy for all His Creation from the stars to the human souls , we are not only made from star dust as matter but also our souls are coming from the energy of the stars .

Similar questions pop up in religion section all the time about god. If god created everything, where did god come from. If everything is made of energy, where did energy come from? Why not be satisfied that we don't know and accept the challenge to pursue that knowledge.

Big Bang.[1]
And don't Even ask what was "before" big bang.
Since time cannot exist without matter the concept of "before" is not applicable to big bang. This is like asking what temperature is something that is below absolute zero.[2]

How does something come from nothing, what came before the big bang, what came before the creation by god, who created god, ....
Does the all pervasive 2nd law tell us anything about the creation of the universe, or only about how the universe will end up....total equilibrium?
somebody get out of this little ant farm and see what's out there, please tell us....
