Eat high calorie food and make sure that the bulk of your diet is made up of protein and carbs. It is a common misconception to assume that you need to have more protein than anything else in your diet in order to become muscle bound. Carbs are just as important because you need them to break down the protein otherwise you will be wasting valuable energy just trying to catabolise the molecular protein chains. Aim for 300 grams of protein, 400-600 grams of carbs.

A friend of mine, skinny at first, took the idea of bulking to the extreme and it worked very successfully; he currently weighs a whopping 250 pounds and is able to leg press 400kg in just under two years of training. His program took considerable dedication and maybe some steroids.

He began his diet with 6,000 calories a day, slowly working his way up to 12,000 a day. This amount sent his food bill soaring!

Eat oats, noodles, rice; lean meat is prefable but not essential, I personally prefer chicken thighs and for somebody with a very fast metabolism like myself, the extra fat is a welcome addition; fast food is good, too, but don't over do it.

Eating to grow big is tough, and takes a lot of dedication as well as very time consuming. I tend to prefer meals that can be cooked very easily.

My diet (one day)
Oats - 1,600 calories per day
4 X lean hamburgers - 1,600
Rice, noodles and mince - 1,700
Chicken korma - 1,400
Desert - 1,000

Calories 7,300 + vegetables, fruit

This diet is not typical of your average bodybuilder, a bit more extreme.

How tall are you? Its difficult to wager approximately your weight devoid of understanding your top. you will no longer income significant muscle weight in basically 20 days, no rely what you do. in case you basically pick bodyweight, discover a calorie calculator on line, it should help comprehend the way many energy you are going to be able to desire to maintain your modern-day weight, then basically consume extra energy than that on a daily foundation. Getting all those energy from basically end result and greens would be difficult nevertheless. regularly, this sounds like a foul thought . . .

Try to eat a balanced diet and you could add a supplement such as Ensure or Carnation Breakfast drink that provides extra nutrients and about 300 calories per serving (they taste like milkshakes.)

Increase your protein, and you will gain muscle. Make sure you exercise as well, so that you don't get fat, but you get muscles.

A great way to gain weight would be to start working at a fast food restaurant... that is what happened to me. :) (Also, getting married has a way of making one gain weight, as well, but I really don't recommend it to just anyone. At least with a job at a fast food place, if you don't like it, you can quit, easily. Quitting a marriage isn't as easy. haha)
