I thought it was a wonderful movie. Oliver Stone did an excellent job in capturing the high paced energy that all Americans experienced that dreadful day. The story told of the 2 men trapped was gut wrenching. I'm thankful he had the courage and desire to take this project on. Whether some people believe it should've been done or not doesn't matter. It is forever a piece of history none of us will ever forget.

i don't want to see it. I have never been to NYC (but always wanted to visit). I was at work the day the towers got hit. It was such an emotional day for so many people. Whether you were there or somewhere else. I don't like pain or sorrow of my own. So I would not like to feel others pain or sorrow.I feel that if I went to the movie theater to see this movie while the incident is still fresh, I would not be able to sit there without breaking down. So I will wait until it comes out on video that way I can cry in private.

I saw it at a sneak preview screening. Oliver Stone, Maria Bello, and the guy who Nicholas Cage played was there with his family. They all said Thank You for attending the screening and hoped we would receive the message that the film was conveying. I thought the film was very sad but it was also realistic.

I refuse to see it. JMHO
Making money on the tragedy of others?
It's often done, I admit, but this is too much.
My heart goes out to those who died and those left behind with a broken heart, but leave them alone to lick their wounds and have some peace.
I further think the "bad guys" are drooling in their soup with all the notoriety.
Sadly too many "left behind" are money mongers suing everybody and his brother. VERY sad.

I thought it was excellent. An important story about an important day in our history. Very sensitively told, and not a whiff of politics anywhere.

I didn't see it, but from what I've heard it didn't point out exactly who our enemies are, of course.
