i poured my concrete, then took my 2x4,s to build the walls. and cut the 2x4,s that would fit for my door and window,s. then did my roof it was a triangle shap with a 2x4 in the middle..after the walls and roof was done i put up my inslutation and ran my electric wiring, then did my dry wall

if its a inside room just use the cheap book cases,already put together ones, put in place to form a room, screw all together,top & bottom. add a curtin to the door way you have a room,you can turn the shelf part out facing other rooms or turn into the room for storage,hope this helped you make the room
