Have wieght gain supplements, guaranteed to gain wieght and you only have 2 glasses of them.. its good. Should cost you no more then 30 pounds for a tub which should last you a month.

I guess that's among the easily digested food..but being anorexic is not good for you..it may help u lose weight but only a little.because after a while ur body slows its metabolism down because it thinks ur experiencing a famine.after the first 5 pounds losing weight will become considerably harder..also you'll be losing muscle not fat..plus ur health deteriorates considerably..at least that's what i read once..y go through all that 2 lose a few pounds..try out exercising instead..its healthier..but its ur decision so of course i have 2 respect it .I'm just offering a little advice..

when u say that u havent eaten from the past few days then u might be certainly feeling lack of energy.
easily digestible foods r mainly simpler carbohydrates,which provides u energy at the same time avoids the feeling of bulk.
u can try out some recipes with starches,like soups or puddings made of low fat milk and corn starch or rice flour or oat meal.
avoid eating raw foods and meat,u can however consume meat stocks.curd is very relaxing to the stomach as well as it gives satiety.u can have sweet or salted lassi also.
take my advice ,u can rely on me as i am a nutritionist.

A raw diet. Fruits and vegetables, not meat!

These are also good health foods, with little natural sugar and no fat, if you are trying to keep your weight down.

You must eat to survive. If you are worried or self-conscience about your weight then eat healthy foods, but do not starve yourself. You will be so busy worrying about your weight that you may not notice you are ruining so many other things, like your hair and teeth, your heart and kidneys. What good is it to be skinny if you are hairless, toothless and sick?

Anorexia is a disease and you do need professional help.

I'm so glad that you have admitted that you are unwell. Now go to the doctor and get him or her to recommend a diet for you so that you can get back to eating a healthy diet without overloading your body with too much all at once.

Make sure that you book an appointment as soon as possible.

Ensure. Get it at a drug store. It has a lot of nutrition, is easily digested, and is often used as a food for persons who are recovering from digestive disorders. I hope you are receiving treatment for your anorexia.

Simple foods are easiest to digest. These simple foods contain the basic food group in their simplest forms, for example
amino acids = protein
glucose = carbs
Ideally, you need to visit a nutritionist.
