Wash on cold and lay flat to dry. Warm water makes dyes bleed and if the washer doesn't transfer the dye, the dryer would by heating up the water in the top and transfering it to the lace.

I either would hand wash it, or put it in the washer on delicate and then dry it flat. That should keep it in good condition. Also , you might want to try the washing part with cold water, that shoul d keep it from running.

just throw it in, the white on the lace and trim shouldnt be enough to affect anything, to make extra sure, wash in cold water, use a colorguarding detergent, or if its a huge concern, like if its spensive, take it to the cleaners

The absolute is it must be washed in cold water. Beyond that you have a myriad of options: gentle cycle, hand wash, etc.

I personally hand wash items like that...

Just put it in with the colors without bleach or anything. I've put whites in with my colors before a couple times evreything turned out fine. You can also try bleach for colors.
