Is there and easy way (or program) that will get rid of duplicate songs on itunes?

You can do this using itunes.

1) While in Itunes, go to the library folder.

2) While in you library folder, go up to the top menu and click on edit.

3) Go down the list in edit to check for duplicate songs.
This will allow you to identify two of the same songs, it will also list if the same song is done by two separate artists though.

4) To delete, first right click to select the song you want to delete, and then left click on the song which you want to delete, and a little drop down menu will appear allowing you to delete.

There aren't any that I know of. The only way I have ever been able to do it is to manually go through and clear each one. If there was a simple program that would be great.
