Anything that is "severe" in the pain department needs to be given attention by a physician. If you are having problems standing and this has been going on, you need to get into see a doc at the Emergency Room, a general surgeon, or an urgent care doc TODAY. Start making phone calls.

First go and see a doctor then you probably find that you have to chance your diet. It could be that you are allergic to some of the foods you are eating or you are eating low fiber meals also drink more water.

Where is the pain at?at the top of stomach,in the middle?It could be a ulcer or your gall bladder.Its best if you go see a doctor.Good-luck

I had that issue and it was my gall bladder. Even water made me sick.
Food allergies? If you have them, that could cause problems as well.
Papaya Extract tablets (I get them at Walmart) help with any tummy problems.
Also, Acidophilus helps when taken regularly.

This sounds like you have an ulcer/G.E.R.D, you need to have this checked out! Go get an endoscopy.

you could be lactose intolerant try staying away from milk, ice cream, basically dairy products.

What r ya eating?...same type of food..always ?.. could be gas...really... see you doctor...if it keeps up
