Look after your health, appearance and cleanliness, drink lots of water, don't skip a good night's sleep and eat a balanced diet. And visit your dentist for check ups. Boring stuff I know but if you don't feel well that will show up in your appearance and all of the other things contribute to how you project yourself. If you think you're clean and neat in appearance, you will be more confident because you know you won't scare people away with unpleasant body smells. The food and water things matter because what you put into your body will make some of its way out through your skin. Sleep is a must not only because you need your energy but your sleep time is when your body recovers from what you put it through during the day. Keeping your teeth health will help you keep a lovely smile which may be first thing people find stunning about you.

Looking stunning starts with your face. That way, you are making more room for experimentation with different clothes and hairstyles as more things will flatter you if your makeup has been applied properly to your full potential. Make sure you skin looks flawless, clear and blemish-free by investng in a top quality foundation and concealer. Estee Lauder is particularly good for that. Follow with a good powder like Clinique.

Also very important is eyebrows as they can transform the whole face. Pluck carefully and try to make them slender and shapely. Thinner ones (as long as they're not too line-like or over plucked) are way prettier than thick and bushy brows and will open up your eyes. Make them darker than your natural colour with an eye pencil. Rimmel is actually very good for this.

With eyeshadow, use the palest shade first all over the lid and up to the brow bone, then blend it in. Use the darkest shade in the sockets and towards the outer edges, staying clear of the inner lids so that they remain covered with just the paler shade. Blend with your fingers afterwards. Use an eye pencil under your lower lashes, softly for day and more stronger for night. For a more dramatic look, use a liquid liner along your top lashes. This is tricky at first but you'll get it with a steady hand and lots of practise. Finish with a thickening or dramatic effect mascara. Choose one with a really thick brush and stay away from skinny brushes for natural looks as they won't do anything. Max Factor 2000 Calorie is a brilliant mascara.

Sweep a little blusher on the apples of your cheeks and upwards
softly for a natural blush that will sculpt your face and make you look healthier. If your foundation is top quality, any blusher you choose will go on like a dream.

Powder your lips (this will help your lipstick stay on longer) and line them with a natural lip pencil. Again, Rimmel is great for this. Then fill in with a natural, browny-pink lipstick. It's better to use a lip brush as it will stay on longer and give you a more professional touch. Blot with tissue lightly and apply another coat over the top.

If you want to look and feel absolutely stunning, the secret is to take time with your makeup. Give it at least half an hour and do it slowly and carefully. Think about how long movie stars and celebs are in the makeup room for. It's never five minutes. That's why they look so good.

Once your face looks beautifully done, it will be much easier to find a hairstyle that will suit you and far more clothes styles and colours will become wearable, plus you'll have the confidence to wear them. Good luck with looking stunning!

Assuming you aren't a kate moss clone and just a regular mortal, i have 2 suggestions. you never see yourself as other people do, and you may already be stunning, but need a little tweaking here and there. go and have your make-up done professionally, and let them have a free reign on colours, style etc. then go and see a stylist who can sort out your clothes in case you are in a bit of a time warp. if you can't afford a good make-up artist, go into a big store and pick the woman who looks fantastic to do yours on the cosmetic counters. if you can't afford a stylist, the personal shoppers in stores like debenhams, john lewis, selfridges etc are really approachable and free! you can get some great tips and often they give you free drinks etc while you wait in this comfy lounge area. they trail all over the store getting you loads of gear to try on. just ring up and book an appointment. good luck x

There are many ways to answer that question. Think about what part of you needs the most attention. Your hair, jewelry, clothes. Try looking in magazines at people hair-styles and accessorises, and the way they match different colours up. Maybe if you regular outfits just need some brighting up, add some farbic, stamps, flowers, buttons, stencil on some stuff, bead. Things like this will help you find your own style.

Personally I don't, but if you want to look stunning then I would imagine you need to spend some time choosing right clothes, makeup, and most important, self-confidence!

I get up take and shower, then find some of my billions of abercombies and slip them on with a polo. Then put on very little make up, then feed my horses, then put on a smile. If you convince yourself you are confident even if you aren't then it makes the whole you seen STUNNING!

you dont have to "look" stunning to be stunning.
you just have to act it.
if you're confident enough, then you are very stunning.
