i can't help but to want guys physicaly but not emotionaly than wen i do make out witha guy i zone of to another world like an outer body experience and i can't feel him on me yet my mind want the pleasure am i psycotic?

Sad to think that you are probably some young teenaged girl who has lust confused with love. You probably have low self esteem and are looking for comfort and acceptance with a sexual partner. You need to start respecting yourself and find that you are a worthwhile human being with more to offer than just your body.
