But every poison is a medicine in small doses and every medicine is a poison in large doses. Thus all plants having bitter leaves pungent fruits and seeds are medicines in small doses. If used in small doses Neem,garlic,onion are common medicinal plants. Any green leaf containing chlorophyll contains organic iron to correct anemia. Potato,mango,sweet potato are diabetogenic. Skin of potato,mango, and sweet potato contain minerals and fiber to compensate for diabetes . So botany helps in medical discovery.
