I am looking for a book that will help me use C++ to interface with harware like a DVD burner or webcam and Network softwares.
Also is it possible to develop a software with GUI in C++

You can probably find resources for individual tasks and GUI programming linked to the URL below. They also have many free libraries for C++ that may help with some of it.

I own "All in One" written by a guy named "de Sousa." I haven't gotten around to reading it, but you must own Visual C++ ver. 6.0 or higher, and the software is extremely costly.

But I bet you know what you're talking about, and if you have any previous experience in C++, then you could probably skip the first half of the book that I named here.
