I was in the Army so no I don't feel unconfortable. You pretty much get over that phobia your first few days of basic training.

Don't know about others but I do feel uncomfortable & a bit shy for sure, & never did it in such a way as far as I remember. Someone may like it & some don't I guess, depends on urgency too.

not at all because most guys are focused on the wall in front of them cuz they dont want the guy next to them to think that they are looking at him
