I was in the Army so no I don't feel unconfortable. You pretty much get over that phobia your first few days of basic training.

Don't know about others but I do feel uncomfortable & a bit shy for sure, & never did it in such a way as far as I remember. Someone may like it & some don't I guess, depends on urgency too.
