click the link that says "My Q&A" and you should find all of the questions that you have asked so far including the one you asked yesterday.

If it's a question you asked, you can see "MY Q & A" which is on the top right side of any Yahoo! Answers page,near search bar.
Else, you can search for that question in "Search for questions"
You can also put a question in your Watch List by keeping your mouse next to the button of ratings and selecting "Add to my Watch List"
