I would guess that many people here, including myself, believe that they have a good reason for taking the easy way out. BUT...Time will heal all wounds. In a couple of years we will likely look back at whatever we are going through now as trivial at best.

I took the easy route this year by taking English 11 instead of AP Literature and Composition.

And what happens? I get the same exact vocab book I had last year in honors English, an annoying teacher, and I hear that AP Lit is loads of fun and that the teacher is a riot.

Got a good reason
for taking the easy way out now
She was a day tripper
One way ticket, yeah
It took me so long to find out
and I found out

She's a big teaser
She took me half the way there
She's a big teaser
She took me half the way there, now
She was a day tripper
One way ticket, yeah
It took me so long to find out
and I found out
Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah

Tried to please her
She only played one night stand
Tried to please her
She only played one night stand, now
She was a day tripper
One way ticket, yeah
It took me so long to find out
and I found out

Day tripper, day tripper, yeah

If I had the easy button from the Staples commercial I would have it attached to a necklace.
