i'm not sure how to move it back to the bottom and horizontal again. thank you.

The drag and drop method WILL work, just make sure you don't have your taskbar locked, cause then it won't move..
to check that, put your cursor on the taskbar, and right click, when you do, a window will open.. go down next to the last option and you'll see Lock Taskbar.. if that is checked, uncheck it and then do the drag and drop thing.

OK, you are talking about the TASK BAR. (that is the proper name, so everybody is on the same page).

As you can see, this has the START button, Quick Launch Icons, several program control Icons and the CLOCK. With the LEFT mouse button, grab a BLANK part of the TASK BAR and hold that button, then DRAG that back down to the bottom part of the screen.

It might take a few tries to get the HANG of it, but I know that YOU CAN DO IT.

On the bottom task bar, right click, then a box will pop up and you can put them horizontal, or vertically

Just drag and drop it back again.

You may need to right click on it first and take the tick out of the "Lock the taskbar" box.

u can click on the blue band with the mouse right one and get it back to it's normal place by clicking on the tile windows vertil or horiz any u love !!hope that helps:).

u could just drag it down to the bottom by clicking it using the mouse ...
