It is customary to tip after ANY personal service, unless the establishment has a "no tipping" policy. The usual gratuity is 10 -20% for a one hour massage.

Well it depends. If the person is working for themselves then they get they whole amount. But if you like the service then tip what you feel. When I see my clients some give me a tip and some just my fee. Which is fine because I keep the whole fee.
