Plasma is said to be a mixture of ions electrons and atoms then why do we consider quarks as plasma.?
quarks make sub atomic particles but they doesnt consist of ions or electrons.

No one considers quarks to be plasma. Quarks are a fundamental particle. The term "plasma" refers to a state of matter, like solid, liquid, or gas.
