Why do you want other people to know about your experiences, or are you more interested in reading about other people?
If you are looking for people to help you in your career development, you might try the networking section on Monster.com (which is also a good place to put your career information if you're looking for a job, ie. post your resume)
You might also try to do a search on "free resume search", which will show you sites where you can read other people's resumes without having to pay to do it, like you would on careerbuilders.com or monster.com. For example: www.jobvertise.com
