I do not think there is any Indian Bowler who has taken 252 wickets and scored les than 252 runs in the carreer. To the best of my knowledge the top 3 Indian Bowlers are Anil Kumble, Kapil Dev and Bishen Singh Bedi. Bedi has taken 266 wickets in test matches and scored 656 runs in his test carreer. To the best of my knowledge, no other Indian Bowler has taken more than 250 wickets in test matches

B.S Chandrashekhar the only player in Indian team to have got less runs than wickets he took.He took 252 wickets and got 167 runs.

The Indian player who took less runs than his wickets in test matches is BS Chandrasekhar. But he took only 242 wickets and scored only 167 runs from 58 test matches

i think it is most probably chetan charma bcoz he was known to be a genuine bowler and ............dosn't know to hold the bat properly ........
