Usually Ebay automatically converts to your country's currency, if you're logged in... I think AU$ are about 75 cents, so roughly 3/4 of the quoted price.

As of today's exchane rate, $185 AUSTRALIAN is $140 US DOLLARS...
Although if you pay by credit card and you are charged in australian dollars, your credit card company would charge you exchange fees and most of the time its 3% conversion fees.
