I have watched programs where the experts explain how a shark thinks, but.....???????

note to answerman...I have to work today so I started thinking about vacation, travel, ocean, then sharks...my mind is trying to get me motivated to get moving physically!!!

it says more people die from falling coconuts than shark attacks.
ya they say, sharks give an exploratorty bite "with 6 rows of razor sharp 3 inch teeth?" i dont think so.
they think we are a seal (if u are on a surf board) with a glow in the dark sticker mettalica under it!

Yes, even though sharks have great eyesight, they can mistaken a surfer or swimmer for an injured seal ( we splash alot when we swim, which makes us look wounded), or sometimes sharks or just curious and may take an " investagating bite". And, just to let you know if you're really scared, if you're attacked by a shark....... fight back with all you've got, make quick, sharp jabs to the eyes or gills. Also, we are taking away their source of food( overfishing) and invading their territory.

if i was shark i'd attack people too.
Honestly I don't care about sharks attacking people
we are the ones who put them in tanks for our entertainment.
I'd love to see a shark put us in a tank or come on land and bite a person when maybe i'd care alittle more about the people and less about the sharks feelings.

i don't know if you can call it accidental.it wants food,you happen to be available.the only thing i think about that is that the shark doesn't realize they usually don't like the way you taste until after they get a bite.like if you try something new in a restaraunte and don't like it!

What? Like the shark takes a bite and goes "Oops, sorry...I thought your leg was a fish." I think shark sees something that looks edible, shark attempts to eat it. :)

I believe they are just looking at the splashing motion happening in the water and they just see it as food. I always thought they didn't like the taste of humans once they got it in their mouth.

I think that they are chewing people up on purpose because they are tired of us polluting their water , food supply and just f ucking with them period ....i can't say that I blame them ....They are attacking people just like all of the other animals in the wild are ...s hit even squirrels are gettin' in on it .....bears . mountain lions ,deer ....s hit you name it ...and their on us . Mother nature is tired of our crap. Elephants are even on the attack ...so you tell me ...are these cases just random flukes or is s hit really going down!!!!!!
