My girl can only be with me up to certain number of sessions then she goes off saying she's having burning sensation. Then I have to masturbate.

I think your question is serious, and please ignore any answers you find to be silly. My answer is serious.
As for your girl, it's normal for girls to get a little sore after prolonged sessions of intercourse.
Have you explored other ways to pleasure her?
As for over-masturbating, physically there are limitations to the number and frequency of ejaculations, and the reponse regarding 'burn-out' is partially true, but you will recoup in a few days. How many times? Depends on the guy. You'll know when enough is enough.
Discipline? Yes. Self-control is a good thing to learn in all aspects of life, be it sexuality, spending, indulgence, fits of anger, etc.
Here's what I suggest. Abstain for a while. Next time you are with your girl, make it a 'just for her' session. Be her love-slave. Pleasure her orally, with your fingers, toungue, whatever, but no intercourse, and she does nothing for you--at least for this session!

I think the rule of thumb is you can keep having sessions till you either go blind or start to grow hair on your palms. At least that is the way it used to be figured - nowadays you just keep going until you wear the top off it and make it even tinier.

You can do that as often adn as much as you like.
Try not to rubyourself raw though. That will make you have to stop for a few days to recover.
