Go to a janitorial supply and ask for a Pumice Stone. It is a soft abrasive stone. Turn the water off to the toilet, flush. Moisten the stone and rub on the stain.
It will remove any stain, even rust.

Try draining the bowl, spray down the inside the Comet Bathroom Cleaner, excellent stuff. Get some comet and sprinkle on top of that. Scrub it down and flush. Refill the tank, if the stain is not gone go get to Mean Green and repeat the procedure. If it is still there, refill the tank and bowl and pour bleach in and let it sit for awhile. Good Luck

You may have to get one of those super cleaners out there and work on it over a period of time. Those "never used" bathrooms can be a pain. If you really NEVER use it, it would probably make sense to drain the water since that is what the stain is, minerals in the water.

Try adding bleach to the toliet bowl.. Let it stay there for about 15 minutes, then scrub the bowl. Try adding a chlorine tablet to the inside of the water holding tank. It will slowly add bleach to the water each time it is flushed.

try bleach....i use it in my toilet and it works. Let it set in the bowl for about 5 minutes or more depending on how long the stain has been there and then use the toilet brush to clean the toilet, then flush..It should be clean.
