If you mean the first person you fell in love with, then no you can never forget they will always be apart of you. If you mean the first person you ever slept with then yes, you can forget, until someone asks you about it that is LOL

I think that you cannot forget any love, any lover that you have had in the past. My opinion is that if you love someone at one point in time, you will love him/her always. Even if that person changes, or you change, you can still recall the love that you have once felt. It doesn't mean that you would like to get back with that person, it just means that you have been intimate once and you cannot erase that.

yeah. Bkaz in the first experience of love, u have a feeling like none of the other loves which will be existed. in the first love, u havent had a previous lover which ur new love can bee effected by that. the first love is the real love and its memories wont be forgotton. Bkaz the first love goes straightly to ur heart. in the next experiences, u might fear to have this relationship ended in a bad way. in the first love, u say clearly say that: i will reach to him/her or i will be with nobody else. or even worse, the sense of suicide!!!!

Who?

haha... I seem to be able to forget the feeling of love for the first person I said I loved. But then again maybe I wasn't in love.

There have been other "loves" such as my childhood dog and a love of science that have haunted me more.

I dont agree this, though it is painful it is easy to forget your first love. As in my case i got a girl who loves me more than anything in her life. And she made me forget my first and all my friends first they scolded me but now are appreciating me to have a such a good person. I know its very hard for one to get a second chance, she understand me and enconrages me in the things i do and because of her now iam in a good position.

We are getting married in Jan'07.

yes...it is more than correct.I mean it is the first time you ever feel that kind of things...Even tho you might never get together, definitely you won't forget him until you're old and gray.
Especially first true love is...true love. You never forget that, and I guess you share a special bond with that person for the rest of your life, even when you don't have any feelings left, besides nostalgy and a special affection to that person.

I really don't think you do, especially if it was a good relationship, my was at 16, I'm 45 now and still have a place in my heart for him, and i know he thinks of me also. The funny thing is i always wonder what it would be like if we were still together, he made me a woman, so i guess i whated to bloom. and that i owe to him. NO i don't think u forget.

You can't forget your first love because that is an important part of you. No matter how much you want to it is not possible. Trust me I have tried.
