Your source said it in the early parts of his overly long posting - the two tests are not necessarily substantively comparable. Also who graded Bush's test - was it taken while daddy was Pres or Veep or just CIA head guy? Don't know about you but a daddy who had run the CIA, been vp then pres (don't have the chronology on when the test was taken, sorry) would make me think twice about letting his kid get a bad grade.
