I'm not a very superstitous person, but i have this thing with still not letting anyone step over me.
When i was younger i was told you stop growing if someone steps over you, so i would never allow anyone to do it!

I mean, how stupid was i?? Or was I... I am now 5'10''...

I'm not really superstitious, but I never ever bath or shower when there's thunder, ever! I always tap the teaspoon 3 times against the cup when I'm done stirring my drink. Also, I always blow at the lit end of my cigarettes right after I lit them. oh, and I do like walking under ladders and opening umbrellas in the house! :)

I knock 3 times on wood, so I don't jinx myself.

When a fork falls on the floor it means company is coming.

Used to avoid stepping on cracks, didn't want to break mom's back. She's passed on so I'm safe there.

When your ears ring someone's talking about you.

Cold chills mean a goose has walked over your grave. Why a goose I haven't a clue.

You never give knives as a present, it's bad luck.

If you find a penny it's good luck, only if it's heads up.

If you knock over the salt you throw some over your shoulder.

Left palm itching means money, right love.

There are more, but I only do a few. I was brought up in a superstition family and everyone seemed to have their own beliefs.

I don't have any. Actually, I sometimes knock 3 times (but not necessarily on the wood) when I say sth is good, to avoid bad luck.

Yes,am.In my country we love superstitions. Before soccer it is essential.
you can read it: A supertição vem da necessidade do ser humano de confiar em algo que lhe de sorte para alcançar um determinado objetivo ou se justificar por não ter conseguido.

I don't have any. Growing up my mother was so superstitous that it drove you nuts. I swore I wouldn't be like her.

It's not really a supersition I guess, but I feel like I have to worry or something bad will happen....like if I let my guard down, that's when something bad will happen.
