It could be cancer or a hernia if I were a guy I would go to the doctor right now.

Don't be foolish go see the Doctor now !,
he/she, will be able to reassure you, if it is not serious
or get quick treatment, if there is something harm-full there
Don't delay as you may overlook a serious problem ; which will then need prolonged treatment
Hopefully all will be well
Masturbation would not cause such symptoms .
But never ignore something ,you have only recently noticed

You should see a doctor. There are tons of things that can cause it, and very few are plesant. Testicluar Cancer displays in this way as well. It isn't something that you want to leave untreated if you want to be around for a while longer.

That is your epididymis. If is larger than the other it may have a spermatocoele in it. not malignant.
