Some people think all psychics are witches. Most people who know about modern witchcraft don't think this.

I tend to believe that psychic abilities are part of witchcraft, and that the witchcraft religions work to train those abilities, but that there are non-witchcraft uses of psychic talents, and not every witch is psychic. But the distinction is a narrow one--it may be mostly a matter of semantics and definitions, so if you run across someone who says "all psychics are witches" or "all witches are psychics," that just means they've got a definition that's a bit different from mine.

For me, it's like asking "is every singer a musician?" From some perspectives, it's true... singing is a kind of music, so you could call singers "musicians." But it'd be confusing for a lot of people who only use "musicians" to mean "people who play instruments."
