depends on how many gallons your pool holds. I know for my kids wading pool I add a 1/2 cup bleach once a week at night. I then change the water once every two weeks or as needed. I also added algae stuff that kills the algae growth. Best of luck

Only about 2-4 days probably. You might try buying a chlorine floating dispenser at walmart or a pool store and putting a couple 1" chlorine tablets in it, that would make it last a lot longer.

Add a little chlorine; otherwise, daily. Even if it doesn't turn green, there is harmful bacteria and other tiny critters you can't see.
